SaveTheme             AS=TO

This command will generate a .theme file in D5Themes: that contains the
actual locations of the component files used in the theme.  Use while
working on a theme, or to store multiple themes for your own use.

The difference between this and the BuildTheme command, is that it doesn't
copy all the component files to D5Themes:.
